PISHW-240 is a premium aromatic polyimide self-bonding enameled copper wire, specifically engineered for Voice Coil Motor (VCM) and high-temperature precision coil applications where alcohol solvent bonding is the preferred method.
The alcohol-soluble bonding layer allows coils to be bonded by dipping or spraying with solvent, eliminating the need for oven heating in many applications. Combined with Class 240 aromatic polyimide insulation, this wire offers the highest thermal endurance available in the industry – making it ideal for VCM actuators, camera autofocus systems, and other precision devices operating in demanding environments.
With a thermal class of 240°C, cut-through temperature of 450°C, and heat shock resistance up to 260°C, PISHW-240 delivers exceptional reliability in applications where failure is not an option.
