Alcohol Soluble Self-Bonding Enameled Copper Round Wire – Class 180, Polyesterimide, Specially for Voice Coils & Precision Coils
EISVW-180 is a high-performance polyesterimide self-bonding enameled copper wire, specifically engineered for voice coil and precision coil applications where alcohol solvent bonding is the preferred method.
The alcohol-soluble bonding layer allows coils to be bonded by dipping or spraying with solvent, eliminating the need for oven heating in many applications. This makes EISVW-180 ideal for voice coils in speakers, microphones, headphones, and other precision audio devices where delicate coil formation is required.
With a thermal class of 180°C (Class H) and polyesterimide insulation, this wire offers excellent thermal aging resistance and mechanical strength, ensuring reliable performance in demanding audio and precision coil applications.
