Polyamideimide Composite Polyesterimide Enamelled Copper Round Wire – Class 200, Superior Refrigerant Resistance for Hermetic Motors
Q(ZY/XY)-200 is a premium polyamideimide composite polyesterimide enameled copper wire featuring a dual-layer insulation system. The base coat consists of modified polyesterimide resin, while the outer coat is a high-performance polyamideimide (PAI) layer – combining the excellent thermal properties of polyesterimide with the outstanding abrasion resistance, chemical inertness, and refrigerant compatibility of polyamideimide.
This unique composite structure is specifically engineered for hermetic motor applications, where prolonged exposure to refrigerants (such as R134a, R410A, R32) and lubricating oils is common. Unlike single-coated wires, it ensures long-term reliability under extreme operating conditions.
With a thermal class of 200°C (Class N), heat shock resistance up to 220°C, and a cut-through temperature of 320°C, this wire delivers exceptional performance in the most demanding motor applications.
