CHINGCUNG is our proprietary brand, focused on promoting specialty enameled wires and complete PMSM motors. The name CHINGCUNG derives from an ancient Chinese horse breed, often described in classical poetry as a black-white galloping horse—a symbol of nobility and resilience.
SHANGHAI HUSU M&E TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD operates three factories producing self-bonding and specialty enameled wires, and one factory dedicated to PMSM motor manufacturing, located across several regions in Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
Our facilities are equipped with automated production lines and advanced testing and inspection equipment. With multiple patents and robust technical expertise, we maintain comprehensive production management and quality assurance systems to ensure product stability and reliability.
Our main products include:
1, Copper, aluminum, or copper-clad aluminum self-bonding enameled round wires with conductor diameters of 0.04–0.90 mm.
2, Class 240 high-temperature-resistant enameled wires.
3, Hot air self-bonding enameled copper round wires designed for electromagnetic brakes and clutches, with conductor diameters of 0.20–1.65 mm.
4, Class 220 enameled copper rectangular wires.
5, Customized copper coils made with enameled copper round or flat wires.
6, Customized motor windings made with corona-resistant enameled wires.
7, Customized motor stators, rotors, shafts, and magnetic steel sheets.
our history
A) Founded in 2015 by three ambitious young entrepreneurs in Shanghai, SHANGHAI HUSU M&E TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD began with a vision to supply Chinese companies with high-quality assembly tools, machinery, and automated equipment from world-renowned brands. We established ourselves as the authorized sales agent in China for several leading European and American manufacturers, including Spain’s AGME, France’s DESOUTTER, Germany’s GESIPA, and the UK’s AVDEL and Mastermover.
B) By 2018, bolstered by strong partner support and dedicated teamwork, our company’s operations had grown steadily. Pursuing a diversification strategy, we explored equity investments and expanded our product portfolio to include mining machinery, electric actuators, and water-based paints. While these ventures yielded mixed results, our core business continued its stable growth trajectory.
C) As Chinese manufacturing gained a stronger global footprint and our understanding of international demand for electromechanical products deepened, SHANGHAI HUSU M&E TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD began pursuing export opportunities. In 2020, we invested in a factory specializing in self-adhesive enameled wires and assumed full responsibility for its global trade operations. Since 2021, we have focused on the worldwide promotion of self-bonding enameled wires, high-temperature-resistant enameled wires, and other specialized types, successfully capturing market share in North America and Europe.
D) Since China’s 2009 strategic pivot toward new energy vehicles, the electric vehicle industry has experienced rapid growth in R&D, production, and sales. Leveraging our extensive experience in automotive parts processing and assembly, along with several years of exporting specialty enameled wires, SHANGHAI HUSU M&E TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD expanded into OEM services for complete permanent magnet motors and components such as stators and rotors. In 2024, we acquired a stake in a PMSM factory and now provide international customers with contract manufacturing services for permanent magnet motor components.
