Our Journey

From a Shanghai startup to a global PMSM components OEM partner

2015

Founded in Shanghai

Shanghai Husu M&E Technology Co., Ltd. was founded by three partners in Baoshan District, Shanghai. The company started as an authorized sales agent for world-renowned industrial brands including AGME, GESIPA, AVDEL, DESOUTTER, ATLAS, and others, focusing on assembly tools, tightening tools, and automated equipment.

In July 2015, the company obtained its foreign trade import/export license. In September 2015, AGME Spain officially appointed Husu as its authorized distributor in China. In October 2015, the company launched its first official website, www.husu-tech.com.

2017

Expanding Market Presence

The company participated in AHTE 2017 (the 11th Shanghai International Assembly & Transmission Technology Exhibition) under the name “AGME China,” promoting AGME radial riveting machines. This marked the company’s first major industrial exhibition and significantly boosted its AGME business.

In June 2017, the company adopted the SalesEasy CRM cloud system. In August 2017, dedicated websites for DESOUTTER and AGME were launched for online promotion.

2018

Diversification & Wuxi Bezhong Established

The company moved to a new office in Songjiang District and completed a financing round with new shareholders.

A significant milestone was the establishment of Wuxi Bezhong Electro-Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, specializing in the supply of coal mining machinery, shearer parts, and related components. This marked the company’s first step into a new industry vertical, leveraging the Yangtze River Delta’s manufacturing strength.

2019

Wuxi Sales Office & Brand Refresh

Wuxi Bezhong established a dedicated sales office in Wuxi to serve coal mining customers across China, supported by a team of experienced engineers and a strategic inventory system for shearer parts.

In May 2019, Shanghai Husu acquired Qingcung Automatic Control Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., entering the electric actuator and valve automation field. In June 2019, the company launched a new international logo, reinforcing its brand image.

2020

Entry into Enameled Wire & The Pandemic Begins

Husu invested in a factory specializing in self-bonding enameled wires and assumed full responsibility for its global trade operations — a strategic step into specialty wire manufacturing.

However, the COVID-19 pandemic brought unprecedented challenges to global supply chains and cross-border trade. Logistics disruptions and declining demand began to affect both domestic and international operations.

2021

Expanding to North America & Europe

Despite the challenging environment, Husu focused on the worldwide promotion of self-bonding enameled wires, high-temperature-resistant wires, and other specialty types. The company successfully captured market share in North America and Europe, establishing itself as a reliable supplier.

2021–2023

Navigating Through Difficult Times

From 2021 to 2023, the company experienced its most severe business downturn, with declining orders and disrupted logistics affecting both domestic and international operations. The pandemic’s prolonged impact tested every part of the business.

During this period, we focused on what we could control: maintaining relationships with existing customers, preserving our core team, tightening cost management, and continuing to invest in product development. We refused to compromise on quality even when volumes were low.

The experience reshaped our strategy and accelerated our decision to move beyond trading into manufacturing and OEM services — a direction that would fundamentally change the company from 2024 onward.

2024

PMSM Expansion & Wuxi Bezhong Transformation

Leveraging its experience in automotive parts processing and specialty wire export, Husu expanded into OEM services for complete permanent magnet motors and components such as stators and rotors. The company acquired a stake in a PMSM factory and began providing international customers with contract manufacturing services.

In the same year, Wuxi Bezhong underwent a major transformation: the company was renamed Wuxi Bezhong Special Enameled Wire Co., Ltd., shifting its focus from coal mining equipment to enameled wire production. It became a directly controlled factory of Shanghai Husu, strengthening the group’s vertical integration in specialty wire manufacturing.

EVMagnetWire.com was also launched as a dedicated platform for regular enameled wires.

2025

CHINGCUNG Brand Website Launch

Launched the CHINGCUNG independent brand website, repositioning the company as a dedicated OEM partner for PMSM components and specialty enameled wires. The website serves global customers across Europe, North America, and Russia, showcasing the company’s integrated capabilities from raw materials to finished motors.

2026

Sharpened Focus & Portfolio Expansion

In 2026, we sharpened our positioning around two core business pillars: PMSM components OEM and enameled wire manufacturing and sales. We deepened collaboration with both suppliers and customers, expanded our PMSM product line from components to complete machines, and increased R&D investment in specialty enameled wires.

Key additions included railway traction PMSM machines, mid-drive motors for e-motorcycles and e-bikes, corona-resistant PIW(CR) rectangular wire, and PEEK enameled wire for demanding applications.
