EISVWY3/M-180 is a high-performance polyesterimide self-bonding enameled copper wire, specifically engineered for motor winding applications where oven heating is the preferred bonding method.
The “/M” (Motor Series) designation indicates enhanced mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance, making this wire ideal for demanding applications such as electric vehicle traction motors, electromagnetic clutches, braking systems, and industrial servo motors.
With a thermal class of 180°C (Class H) and hot-air bonding capability, this wire enables efficient automated winding processes while ensuring reliable coil integrity under high-temperature and high-vibration conditions.
